In view of the festival of Holi, Hyderabad Police and Cyberabad Police of Telangana have issued a significant warning to the people. The police have banned throwing colors or colored water or applying colors to unwilling people on public roads and public places, places, and vehicles in Hyderabad city and Cyberabad. A notification has also been issued by the police in this regard.

In Hyderabad city and Cyberabad, the police have also banned the movement of two-wheelers and other vehicles in groups on roads and public places. The police have also stated that this order will be applicable in Hyderabad from 6 pm on March 13, 2025, to 6 am on March 15, 2025, and in Cyberabad from 6 am on March 14, 2025, to 6 am on March 15, 2025.

Police Put a Ban on These Things:

  1. Throwing color or colored water on unwilling persons, places, and vehicles on public roads and public places in Hyderabad City or pouring color on unwilling people, thereby causing a nuisance.
  2. Prohibition of the movement of two-wheelers and other vehicles in groups on roads and public places, which disturbs the peace and order and/or causes inconvenience, annoyance, or danger to the public.

Action Will Be Taken in Case of Violation

The police notice further said that the public is hereby informed that any person violating these orders shall be liable for prosecution under Section 76 of the Hyderabad City Police Act 1348 Fasli.
