TTD: TTD scheme to give books as prasad

Devotees coming to Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Srivari will have a special experience this time. The latest information is that TTD will provide a book as a Sesha Prasad to the devotees after the darshan is over. TTD is preparing to implement an innovative program called 'Book gift'.The TirumalaTrust is planning to provide several spiritual books printed by them to the devotees free of cost. This program will be undertaken under the auspices of the Hindu Dharmika Prachar Parishad (HDPP). TTD Chairman BR Naiduhasgiven appropriate instructions to the officials. The trust plans to take the cooperation of donors in the printing and distribution of these books.

Inspirational literature for devotees

Some of the important books that will be provided to the devotees as part of this are:
Kartavyam Daivamahnikam.
Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram.
Srinivasuni Divya Katha.
Bhajagovindam.
Lalita Sahasranama Stotram.
Ratha Saptami.
Kalyana Tejodeepika.

Officials believe that all these books will be beneficial in deepening the devotion of the devotees. The initial phase will be in Tirumala, and then expanded to rural areas. This book distribution program will be started in Tirumala first. TTD aims to expand it to rural areas in phases. Through this, the aim is to strengthen Hindu culture and devotion.

Devotional practices that prevent conversions

TTD hopes that this program will increase religious awareness among devotees and strengthen Hindu ideology. It is believed that this will especially help in preventing religious conversions. This effort by TTD will be a great start to sharpen devotion and spirituality.
