Prime Minister to attend BRICS summit
In the third leg of the tour, Modiwill reach Argentina on July 4and meet the president there to focus on business and trade relations. After the end of the visit to Argentina, he will leave for Brazil on July 5 to participate in the 17th BRICS summit to be held in Rio de Janeiro. In this summit, he will discuss issues such as global economy, technology, and geopolitics with the leaders of Brazil, Russia, China, and South Africa. The Prime Minister's main goal is to further strengthen India's role in BRICS.
Key meetings in Namibia at the end of the visit
After the BRICS summit, Modi will reach Namibia on July 8. There, discussions will be held on mutual cooperation in nature conservation, green energy, and mineral resources. Cooperation with Namibia is ongoing on the basis of cooperation agreements such as the transfer of Gehira reindeer to India. Prime Minister Modi aims to further strengthen relations with African and Latin American countries through this 8-day visit. This visit will be a key milestone in foreign strategies.
