"Mahānādu" in Kadapa district: Achennayudu

TDP has decided to hold its prestigious "Mahanadu" event in Kadapa this year. The event will be conducted over three days with resolutions on May 27 and 28, followed by a large public meeting on May 29. TDP's national party president, Chandrababu Naidu, will be elected during the event. The Polit Bureau also discussed reinstating BC quota reservations and district reorganization issues. Elections from village to state levels will be held before the Mahanadu event.

"Mahānādu" in Kadapa district: Achennayudu

Amaravati: The TDP has decided to hold its prestigious "Mahanadu" event in Kadapa this time. A meeting of the TDP Polit Bureau was held on Friday under the leadership of party president and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. After the meeting, senior party leader and Minister for Agriculture, Achennayudu, shared the decisions taken by the Polit Bureau during a media briefing.

This year, the TDP will hold the Mahanadu event in Kadapa district for three days, as decided in the Polit Bureau meeting. Achennayudu confirmed that the dates for Mahanadu have been finalized. The resolutions of Mahanadu will be announced on May 27 and 28, and a large public meeting will be held on May 29. He also revealed that Chandrababu Naidu would be elected as the national party president during Mahanadu.

Regarding the Mahanadu event, it is believed that both central and state-level committees will be formed. Additionally, the TDP Polit Bureau decided to explore legal aspects to reinstate the BC (Backward Classes) quota reservations in local bodies, which were impacted under the YSRCP rule. Discussions were also held on the issue of district reorganization. The TDP Polit Bureau decided to correct the mistakes made in district reorganization during the YSRCP government. The meeting further resolved to conduct institutional elections at the village to state levels before the Mahanadu event. Given the membership exceeding one crore, the TDP Polit Bureau welcomed further progress in this membership registration process.
