Approximately 80,000 pilgrims visit the temple.This crowd increases further on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, reaching 1.20 lakh people. In addition, up to ten thousand devotees are given darshan of Srivari. In this context, even on normal days, there is a need to wait for 10 hours to have darshan of the deity. Waiting in queues outside for hours, waiting for hours in Vaikuntam 1 and 2 queue complex compartments is not to be missed. More than one lakh devotees are also receiving Annaprasadam daily. In Tirumala, the allotment of rooms for common devotees is also being done in a transparent manner at the CRO office, MBC, and Padmavati Vicharana office. TTD, the world's largest religious organization, has now made feedback collection a key factor in providing better services to devotees. Through IVRS, devotees have the opportunity to give their opinions and suggestions on the services provided to
devotees at Annaprasadam, Kalyanakatta, accommodation, darshan, laddu counters, luggage counters, and queue lines in Tirumala. Currently, opinions are being taken manually by Srivari Sevaks. Soon, an application will be developed for TTD mobile app and TTD booking portal to take valuable suggestions and suggestions from devotees on the facilities provided to devotees in various parts of Tirumala and Tirupati. Respecting the opinions of devotees, their direct experiences are being collected through these surveys to further improve the services. TTD has decided that devotees should express their opinions through these methods and help improve the online services.
