Russell has played for the West Indies mainly in T20Is since 2019. He has played a total of 84 T20Is and scored 1,078 runs. Among them, there are 3 half-centuries. He also showed an improved performance with the bowling, taking 61 wickets. Russell has also made his mark in ODIs. He has scored 1,034 runs and taken 70 wickets in 56 matches. He has represented the West Indies in only one Test.
Russell is a no-brainer in the leagues
Russell has played a strong role in international cricket as well as various T20 leagues. He has set a rare record by scoring 9,316 runs and taking 485 wickets in a total of 561 T20 matches. His strike rate in batting is noteworthy at 168. He also has 2 centuries and 33 half-centuries.
